Ready - made solutions for business intelligence, as well as other IT systems require regular maintenance and monitoring: this will ensure the stability of the system and the high efficiency of their use. Therefore, BI Consult offers its customers technical support services of "first-line" in 7x24x356 mode.
BI Consult experts are in contact with the manufacturers of the basic software (QlikTech) and, if necessary, they will ensure the transmission of requests to the technical support of "the second line".
The standard package of technical support includes the following services:

new versions, releases, service packs, patches, and software updates and documentation enhancements provided by the developer of the software product;

providing updates on localization of the software products manufactured by BI Consult;
- placement of the requests in the BI Consult service system; ;

placement of the requests in software vendors' global customer support centers;
- BI Consult "hot line" consultation;
- access to user resources of software vendors;
- obtaining information materials from companies of BI Consult and the vendors;
- the opportunity to participate in activities and events for customers, held by vendors and BI Consult;
- providing activation keys/ serialization / validation and assistance in using them.
